Search for a client and find the contract saved as Scan_2026_004, because XO already knows who it's with.

Someone without access sees a short request form. You get one notice with Approve on it, and they learn nothing until you say yes.
- Bring your filing cabinet across
Drop in a folder, a pile of files or a zip, and see how many pages it comes to before anything is processed.
- Files only, if that's all you need
Turn off signing, editing and unlocking and keep the filing, the search and the Brain. Nothing is deleted, and you can turn it back on.
