Create your first document

Start from the Get Started button or your dashboard: upload a PDF or photo, or paste text. XOsign detects what kind of document it is and offers the right actions.

Start a document

  1. Select Get Started (or New document from your dashboard once you're signed in).
  2. Add your document — upload a PDF, drop in a photo of a printed page, or paste text directly.
  3. XOsign reads it and shows you the actions that fit: sign, build, review, or translate.
  4. Pick an action and follow the wizard. You can change your mind and choose a different action at any point.

What you can upload

  • PDFs — the most common case, including scanned documents.
  • Photos of a printed or handwritten page — XOsign extracts the text and rebuilds it into a working document.
  • Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — converted so you can sign or send them.
  • Plain pasted text — useful when you only have the wording, not a file.

For a multi-page paper document, photograph every page — XOsign handles many pages in one document and keeps them in order.
