AI work is measured in pages
You spend pages to process a document — counted per physical page, once. After a document has been processed, the AI features your plan includes are free to use on it, as often as you like.
- Processing a document — reading a photo, a scan, or an uploaded file so the AI can work with it — spends pages equal to its page count.
- Once it's processed, reviewing it, asking questions about it, and translating it don't spend more pages.
- Signing a document and sending it for signature never spend pages, on any plan.
Pages are only spent when the work completes successfully. If processing fails, the pages go back to your balance.
What else the plan decides
Beyond the monthly page allowance, your plan determines which AI features are available to you, and whether you can save custom templates and invite colleagues. The pricing page carries the full tier-by-feature comparison.
