If more than one person in your business uses XOsign, working in one account keeps your documents, templates, and clients together instead of scattered across separate logins.
Inviting colleagues
- The account owner invites people by email from Settings, under Team.
- Each person signs in as themselves, so the audit log attributes every action to a named individual.
- Paid plans don't cap how many people you can invite — the plans price AI volume and features, not headcount. The Free plan is single-user.
The shared workspace
From the Team plan up, your account becomes a shared workspace: templates and the client list are shared across everyone in it, and the audit log can be filtered by who did what. See the pricing page for which plan includes it.
To change your plan, go to Settings, then Billing.
