  • Signed in: use Report an issue (pinned to the bottom of every page). It attaches your browser and page details, so we can usually skip the back-and-forth.
  • Not signed in, or prefer email: write to support@xosign.ai, or use the Contact page.

To get to an answer in one round trip, tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and include a link to the document if there is one.
