How pages work
- You pay to process a document into an XODoc — one page per page, whatever's on it (a page with a few lines still counts as one page).
- Once a document is processed, running more AI on it — translate, redline, compare, summarize — never charges again.
- Uploading is free. A page is counted only when you actually run the AI, and only on a successful run.
- Which AI features you can use is set by your plan (see the table above); the page allowance is shared across all of them.
- Monthly page allowance, no rollover. Annual plans get the allowance each month, not front-loaded.
Out of pages before month end?
Buy a one-time page pack — or any custom amount from $5 up. Pages never expire. Packs are priced a little above your plan's per-page rate ($0.63 down to $0.48), so a subscription is always the better deal for regular use.
AI field placement
Upload any form and AI places every signature, initial, and date field for you — quoted per document, paid from prepaid credits.
