Everything XOsign does
Every feature, in plain English
Most people meet XOsign as e-signature, then find the rest. What XOsign really does is make each document smart: it knows what it says, files itself, and knows where every copy went. This is the whole list, grouped by what you are actually trying to get done — and every entry links to the place you do it.
Understand what a document says
Before you sign anything, know what is in it. The moment a document arrives it becomes an XODoc — a document that understands its own contents. One AI reads it end to end, and every tool below reads what that pass wrote instead of starting over.
Every document you convert is filed in XOfiles by XOsign at the same time — read, put in its folder and searchable — at no extra cost. See how the filing works
Plain-language summary
The whole document said back to you in a paragraph you can read in a minute — the parties, the money, the dates and what you are agreeing to.
(opens in a new tab)Explain the clauses
Every clause taken one at a time, with what it means, why it is in there, and whether it is standard or unusual.
(opens in a new tab)Risk check
The parts worth worrying about, sorted into risk to you, the other side's advantage, and anything a regulator cares about — each with a suggested fix.
(opens in a new tab)A second opinion
Ask for the document to be read from your side of the table, and get back what you would push on if you were negotiating it.
Read once, known afterwards
The moment a document lands, one AI reads it end to end — the parties, the dates, the amounts, the parts worth worrying about — and everything you do with it afterwards reads what that pass wrote instead of starting over.
Translate the document
The document itself into more than forty languages, laid out like the original, with the summary and the explanations written in the reader's language too.
(opens in a new tab)Compare two versions
Put the version you sent beside the version that came back and see exactly what moved, line by line.
Put two to six quotes side by side
A landscaper holding three mulch quotes and a law firm holding four software proposals have the same problem: no two vendors write the numbers the same way. Drop in two to six proposals and read them in one table.
Prepare it and get it signed
Fill it in, say who signs where, send it, and end up with something that stands up later.
Quick Sign
Sign it yourself and be done, or add one other person — the short path when there is nothing to negotiate.
(opens in a new tab)Fill out the form
XOsign finds the blanks — underscored lines, bracketed placeholders and checkboxes — and you tab through them typing in place.
Put the fields where they go
Drag signature, initial, date and text boxes onto the page, or let XOsign place them for you and move the ones it got wrong.
Give each person a job
Signer, approver, in-person host, or someone who just receives a certified copy — and the order they go in.
What the signer sees
A link that opens on any phone or laptop with no account and no app, in their own language, and walks them field by field.
(opens in a new tab)Reminders that chase for you
Unsigned documents get followed up automatically on a schedule you set, so you are not the one nagging.
An audit trail you can hand to a lawyer
Every action on a document is recorded — who opened it, from where, and when they signed — and it travels with the finished PDF.
Verify a signed document
Anyone can check a finished document against its record and confirm that not a byte of it changed after signing.
NotaryComing soon
Online and in-person notary sessions at a flat $30 a session — never taken out of your monthly pages.
Every export is on the record
A download, a print, an email attachment, a certified letter — each one gets its own serial and a record of who took it, when, and from where.
The mark travels with the paper
Each copy carries a concealed mark that survives printing, photocopying, scanning and screenshots. It is not a stamp across your page, and we do not explain how it works.
Trace a copy back to whoever took it
Someone hands you a page and you want to know where it came from. Paste the serial, or drop the file in — it is read inside your own browser and never uploaded — and XOsign names the copy and who took it.
Send a link that reports back
Share a document as a tracked link instead of handing over the file. You see when it was opened, which pages were read and for how long, and you get an email the first time it is opened.
Send it, share it, argue about it
Out to one person or five hundred, with every round of changes kept in order.
Send it for signature
Email it to everyone who has to sign, in the order you chose, and watch the status of each one.
Send to many people at once
One document, a list of recipients, a separate copy each — and the status of every copy in one view.
Changes you accept one at a time
XOsign proposes each edit with a reason and how much it matters, and you take the ones you want.
Round trips that stay in one thread
What you sent and what came back sit in the same place, so nobody has to argue about which version is the current one.
A certificate at the end
When the negotiation closes, XOsign issues a signed PDF certificate of every round — who changed what, and when.
Send it to your lawyer
Put the document in front of your attorney with a note, and get their edits back into the same thread as everything else.
Comments on the page
Anyone you share it with can leave a note against the exact spot they mean, and you answer in place.
Never organize a document again
A dental office uploads an equipment lease. A staffing agency uploads a signed offer letter. Neither of them picks a folder — XOsign reads each document as it arrives, says what it is, and puts it where that kind of document lives.
It files itself on the way in
Every upload is read and sorted into its class — agreement, invoice, certificate, letter — and placed in the folder that class belongs to. You can always move it. You rarely need to.
Search reads inside, not just the title
Search for Riverside and you find the contract saved as Scan_2026_004, because XOsign already knows Riverside Builders is a party to it.
Every version kept
The original you uploaded, every draft since and every signed copy stay side by side, so you can always get back to what you had.
Clients
Everyone you do business with in one list, with every document, project and signature attached to them.
Projects
Group the paperwork for one job, one property or one engagement so it is all in one place when someone asks.
Compliance paperwork has its own home
Insurance certificates, licences and waivers live in the Compliance Vault, with the expiry dates it watches for you and requests you can send to whoever owes them.
Files mode
If you only want somewhere to keep and find documents, turn off signing, editing and conversion and keep the folders, the search and the brain. Nothing is deleted and you can turn it back on.
Bring your filing cabinet across
Drop in a folder, a pile of files or a zip, and see exactly how many pages it comes to before anything is uploaded or processed.
Change the words when you have to
The point of an XODoc is not that you can edit it — it is that it is smart. But redlining needs a working copy you can type in, so every XODoc can open one, with the layout, fonts and spacing of the original kept.
XODoc: a document that knows what it says
Every document you bring in becomes an XODoc — read, understood, filed and tracked. Switch on an editable working copy whenever you need to change the wording.
Text, fonts and spacing
Type anywhere, change the typeface, size, colour, bold and italic, indents and letter spacing, and copy one paragraph's look onto another.
Sections, tables and lists
Add or remove sections, build and resize tables, and keep numbered and bulleted lists numbering themselves.
Images, lines and shapes
Drop in a logo or a photo, draw signature lines, rules and boxes, and put them where you want them on the page.
Rearrange the pages
Reorder, rotate, delete or insert pages, and see the whole document as thumbnails while you do it.
Build it with AI
Answer a short interview — who, what, how much, by when — and get a real draft you can edit, not an empty template.
(opens in a new tab)Photo to contract
Photograph a handwritten estimate or a scribbled page and get a proper document back, typed and ready to send.
(opens in a new tab)Upgrade a rough document
Hand over a one-paragraph agreement and get back a properly structured one, with the clauses it was missing.
(opens in a new tab)Templates
Start from a ready-made contract, notice or waiver, or save any document you have written as your own reusable template.
Your letterhead on everything
Your business details, logo and colours print on every document you send, so nothing looks like it came from us.
The money side, and the construction add-on
Everything in this group is part of the Construction Pack. If you do not build things for a living, you can skip it — nothing else on this page depends on it.
Schedule of values
Break a contract into line items with values, and keep the whole schedule adding up as the job moves.

Who owes you what
Every application and invoice by age, so you can see what is overdue without opening a spreadsheet.

Take your data, or delete it
Export everything you have put in, see and end your active sessions, and ask for the account to be deleted.
See what you have used
Pages used by action, day by day, with the full history behind every charge on your plan.
Who else touches your documents
The named list of every company we rely on to run the service, and what each of them handles.
The app speaks seven languages. Your documents speak more than forty.
XOsign's own screens are in English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Brazilian Portuguese, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese, so the person signing reads the buttons in their own language. Translating a document itself reaches more than forty, and the summary and the plain-English explanations are written in the reader's language too.
