You can try the main flows without one. An account is required the moment you do something that has to persist — sending for signature, saving a document, or buying credits.

Electronic signatures are recognized under U.S. federal law (ESIGN) and state law (UETA). XOsign is built around that framework and records consent to sign electronically.

A signer didn't get the email?
Have them check spam and confirm the address, then resend from the document. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support and we'll look into delivery.
