Most paperwork isn’t written from scratch — it’s a form somebody sends you with lines to complete. XOsign reads the form, works out where the blanks are, and highlights them.
- Open the document and choose Fill out form.
- Click a highlighted line and type straight into it. Tab or Enter moves you to the next blank.
- Click a checkbox to tick it.
- When you’re done, add your signature — signature lines open in Add fields.
A counter tells you how many blanks you have left, so you don’t send something half-finished. Your answers are saved into the PDF as you go.
Filling and signing happen on the form’s own layout, so what you send back looks like what you were given. You don’t need to make the document editable to fill it in.
