If you want XOsign to be part of your own system rather than a place you visit, there is an API.
- Create and revoke your own API keys in Settings. A key is shown once — store it somewhere safe.
- Call XOsign from your software to create and send documents.
- Register a webhook and XOsign calls you back when a document is signed or completed, instead of you polling for it.

Treat an API key like a password. Anyone holding it can act as your account; revoke it immediately if it may have been exposed.
